OUR STRUCTURE
Let There Be Light Kingdom Commission Inc. is our United States incorporated parent entity. Let There Be Light Christian Residential Academy is separately incorporated in Jamaica, established 21 July 2026, carrying out our mission directly on the ground. This structure exists deliberately, allowing our mission to grow into new countries over time, each with its own locally incorporated academy under the same Kingdom Commission umbrella.

FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY
Let There Be Light Kingdom Commission Inc. was granted tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, effective per IRS determination dated July 7, 2026. We are committed to full financial transparency and responsible stewardship of every gift entrusted to us. All gifts are tax deductible under this arrangement.
We are separately pursuing charitable registration in Jamaica through the Department of Co-operatives and Friendly Societies.
OUR FOUNDING DOCUMENTS
Our Bylaws, Board Charter, and Statement of Faith govern every level of this organization, from daily operations to long-term strategy. Jesus Christ remains, and will always remain, the head of this ministry, a commitment written directly into our governing documents, not just our public messaging.

Let There Be Light Kingdom Commission Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Every gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Giving is processed in USD; Jamaican fees and local payments are quoted in JMD.
